Job Summary

This leadership role involves coordinating international High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) service activities, driving efficiency through process digitalization, and ensuring clear priorities across borders. The Team Leader will manage an 11-person service team, focusing on establishing global service hubs, developing international networks for project execution, and optimizing organizational structures. A key aspect of the role is supporting the team with EPC contract warranty claims, as well as managing upgrades and refurbishments in service projects. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree (Electrical or Power Engineering), extensive leadership experience managing globally distributed teams, and deep technological expertise in high-voltage/high-current systems and HVDC technology. Success requires strong communication skills at the management level and proven experience in global organization building and process digitalization.
