Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Master Electrician or Electrical Technician ready to step into a leadership position, overseeing the maintenance and repair of critical overhead line infrastructure for DB InfraGO AG. The Team Lead will be responsible for the technical and timely execution of inspection, maintenance, and repair work, ensuring cost-optimized operations across the overhead line systems. Key responsibilities include the technical leadership of assigned staff, analyzing system malfunctions, managing material disposition for maintenance, and ensuring strict adherence to railway safety and occupational health regulations. The ideal candidate possesses advanced qualifications in electrical engineering (Master Craftsman or Technician level), initial leadership experience, and proficiency in MS Office, with SAP knowledge being a plus.
