Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key specialist in HR Analytics and Systems, supporting critical HR policy decisions by preparing, analyzing, and developing HR data and reporting structures. The specialist will be responsible for communicating complex analysis results in a target-group-appropriate and data-protection-compliant manner, deriving actionable recommendations, and advising stakeholders on data interpretation. A significant part of the job includes participating in and supporting HR projects, particularly within the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Employee Central). Additionally, the role requires conducting data collection and analysis related to compensation and pay structures, and assisting with personnel and cost planning as part of corporate planning. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within HR Analytics or HR Controlling
  • Significant professional experience in structuring and handling complex data structures
  • Ideally, experience in preparing and analyzing compensation and payroll structures
  • Fundamental project experience using operational HR software solutions and tools
