This critical role involves shaping the future of grid operations at 50Hertz by ensuring technical compliance and developing internal regulatory frameworks essential for a stable energy transition. The engineer will be responsible for translating national standards (DIN/VDE) and 'lessons learned' into enforceable 50Hertz regulations. A major component of the job is leading the development of the Grid Control and Grid Operation Guideline (NNÜ), representing the company in national standardization bodies (like DKE), and contributing to medium-term outage planning. Furthermore, the position requires designing and conducting specialized training programs for electrical specialists, plant managers, and instructed persons. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical or Energy Technology and demonstrate several years of professional experience in grid operations, coupled with expert knowledge of safety standards and strong communication skills.
