Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position seeks a Facility Management Specialist to support the steering and administration of all Facility Management (FM) aspects across one or more IKEA units. The role focuses on sustainably increasing the value and efficiency of the properties by ensuring proper management throughout their lifecycle, including safety, compliance, maintenance, and optimization. Day-to-day tasks involve planning, organizing, and coordinating agreed-upon facility services with external providers, managing FM-related projects, and generating reports on energy consumption, resource management, and cost tracking. The ideal candidate possesses a technical or commercial qualification, initial experience or additional qualification in FM, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with standard FM IT tools. This role offers the chance to work autonomously, focusing on sustainability and acting as a key contact for management in the absence of the Unit FM Manager.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical or commercial vocational training, plus an additional qualification or initial experience in Facility Management.

Experience

  • Experience with technical and infrastructural Facility Management services for retail properties
