Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Facility Management team in steering and administering all FM aspects across one or more retail units, with the goal of sustainably increasing the value and efficiency of each property. The specialist will ensure properties are properly managed throughout their lifecycle, covering safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance, and optimization. Day-to-day tasks include planning, organizing, and coordinating facility services provided by external contractors, and managing FM-related projects, including repair and modernization measures. Key requirements include a technical or commercial education, experience in technical and infrastructural FM services for retail properties, and knowledge of project management from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is organized, self-reliant, and possesses good analytical skills and familiarity with standard FM IT tools, with a focus on sustainability.
