The specialist will focus on enhancing property value and efficiency sustainably, ensuring proper property management throughout its lifecycle, including safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance, and optimization. Key responsibilities involve planning, organizing, and coordinating facility services, managing FM-related projects, and generating reports on energy consumption, resource management, and cost tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical and infrastructural FM services for retail properties, supplier management, and possess strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with an eye for sustainability.
