This role is ideal for a Facility Management enthusiast, including career starters, who will support the management and administration of all FM aspects across one or more retail properties to enhance value and efficiency sustainably. The specialist will ensure properties are properly managed throughout their lifecycle, covering safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance, and optimization. Key tasks involve planning and coordinating facility services provided by external contractors, undertaking project management for maintenance and modernization measures, and monitoring external personnel through quality checks. Candidates need a completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, additional FM qualifications or experience, and proficiency in project management methodologies. Strong organizational, analytical skills, and knowledge of common FM IT tools are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
