Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional specializing in end-user support within a large, international IT service provider setting. The Onsite Support Specialist will be responsible for providing direct technical assistance to end-users, managing and resolving issues related to Windows clients, standard software, and mobile devices. Key daily tasks include the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems, often utilizing ticketing systems and following ITIL best practices. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, strong knowledge of hardware and network technology fundamentals, and excellent communication skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience in Onsite Support and interacting with end-users
- Experience with ticketing systems and structured work according to ITIL (advantageous)
