Job Summary
This part-time position (20/19.5 hours per week) involves driving IT and digitalization projects within the municipal daycare center sector. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for preparing, accompanying, and monitoring digitalization initiatives, working closely with the IT department representatives. Key daily tasks include advising management on software procurement, conducting cost-benefit analyses, developing target concepts, and creating specifications for new software acquisitions. The role also involves managing the IT equipment inventory, organizing and conducting training programs for daycare center leaders on municipal IT systems, and serving as the primary contact for IT user questions. Required Skills
Education
Required qualification for the third entry-level career path in Administration and Finance, OR successfully completed training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/Angestelltenprüfung II), OR completed training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/Angestelltenprüfung I) with willingness to complete Angestelltenprüfung II.
Experience
- Knowledge of TVöD (Collective Agreement for Public Service)
- Knowledge of KiTaG (Daycare Center Law) and related regulations
- Professional experience in project management and process management
- Experience in applying IT solutions and understanding IT trends
