Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite Support Technician responsible for planning and executing the installation of hardware and software directly at customer locations. Key daily tasks involve setting up, replacing, commissioning, and decommissioning end devices like PCs, printers, and notebooks, including necessary client provisioning. The technician analyzes and resolves technical faults, processes user requests, and provides essential instruction and consultation to users regarding new technologies. Meticulous documentation of all processes within a ticketing system is mandatory. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT education or possesses equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong knowledge of standard client operating systems, hardware components, and initial experience in the Linux client environment. This position offers autonomous work, strong team backing, and investment in continuous professional development and certifications.
