Job Summary

This Senior Director role is seeking a Team Head to lead the strategy, partnerships, methodologies, and analytics for Real-World Data (RWD) within the Healthcare sector. The successful candidate will report to the Global Head of Patient Focused Real World Evidence and be instrumental in shaping the organization's use of RWD across therapeutic areas to optimize decision-making and value creation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing RWD strategies, managing external partnerships for data acquisition, establishing best practices for evidence generation, and driving innovative tools. Key qualifications include a PhD in a relevant quantitative field (Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science), over 12 years of specialized experience in RWD/RWE within pharmaceutical or healthcare settings, and proven leadership skills in managing high-performing teams.
