Job Summary

This role involves leading critical digitalization projects within the City of Stuttgart's Office for Digitalization, Organization, and IT (DO.IT), specifically focusing on organizational change and strategy. The Project Lead will manage initiatives related to organizational aspects such as knowledge management, occupational health and safety, and Human Resources, serving as a key driver of digital transformation. Day-to-day tasks include developing conceptual foundations and recommendations, collaborating with IT colleagues on application implementation, and providing expert consultation to various city departments and municipal enterprises. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant Master's degree, several years of project management experience (preferably in digitalization), and strong consulting and communication skills.
