Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuity and high availability of critical IT infrastructure and data within the Service and Technology Authority of the North Rhine-Westphalia Police (LZPD NRW). The IT Service Continuity Manager is responsible for defining and modeling the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) process, including roles and responsibilities, to guarantee minimum availability levels during critical IT incidents. Key tasks include setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring process effectiveness, generating reports, and conducting regular process audits to drive continuous improvement. Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
