This role involves leading the digitalization and automation strategy for financial processes within the City Treasury of Karlsruhe. The Project Manager will independently evaluate financial processes for potential digitalization, automation, and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), developing comprehensive implementation concepts that adhere to legal, technical, and economic frameworks. Key responsibilities include modeling future target processes, leading project coordination with specialist departments, and managing change processes, including communication and stakeholder management. Candidates should possess relevant professional experience in process management, specifically business process analysis and optimization, coupled with a fundamental technical understanding of system landscapes and automation technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and expertise in accounting and municipal economic law.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Higher Non-Technical Administrative Service, Digital Administrative Management, Information Management and Corporate Communications, or a comparable qualification.

Experience
