Job Summary
This long-term, onsite IT Technician role in Berlin involves supporting end-users within a Managed Service project for a leading IT service provider focused on digital transformation. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing IMAC services (Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes), standardized client installations using MECM, and handling incident management, focusing on analyzing and resolving Windows client issues in collaboration with 2nd Level Support. The role requires strong technical skills in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office, a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure tasks like hardware swaps and client error analysis, and excellent customer orientation. The position is attractive due to its structured, professional IT service environment, regulated two-shift operation (8 AM – 6 PM), and direct user contact across multiple Berlin locations, requiring mobility and fluent German communication skills.
