Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented professional to step into a Junior IT Support and Administration position. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for first-level support, assisting apprentices, teachers, and staff with IT systems and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include managing Surface tablets for apprentices, handling user accounts and permissions, and actively supporting the implementation of a new training and further education system. Furthermore, the role involves contributing to the design of a new IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed qualification in IT, strong customer orientation, and practical experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, making this a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving the organization's technical landscape.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience in the Microsoft environment (Office, Teams, Azure, Intune)
- Experience in Server Administration
- Knowledge of Software Distribution
- Knowledge of Network Management
- Knowledge of Database Administration (SQL)
