Job Summary
This role involves the development and adaptation of X-ray tube components for a renowned electronics group in Forchheim, focusing on critical requirements such as performance, reliability, cost, and environmental compatibility. Day-to-day tasks include creating comprehensive technical documentation, specifications, and test plans, as well as executing and commissioning measurements to validate component performance. A key responsibility is project scheduling and ensuring timely component development in collaboration with internal and external partners, including suppliers, manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance. Ideal candidates possess a Master's degree in Materials Science or equivalent, foundational knowledge in project planning and quality management, and excellent written and spoken German and English skills. First experience in developing vacuum components for X-ray tubes is highly desirable, making this an excellent opportunity for a specialized engineer to contribute to high-tech medical or industrial imaging solutions.
