Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the accurate, timely, and economic execution of all controlling tasks within a statutory health insurance fund in the Osnabrück region. The Controller will independently generate analyses, evaluations, and profitability assessments, identifying potential areas for improvement and deriving concrete recommendations for action. A key focus is the continuous development of key performance indicator systems, reports, and dashboards, ensuring transparent data provision for the board and departments. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of figures, analytical thinking, and proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and PowerBI. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as a Social Insurance Specialist with further training as a Health Insurance Specialist or Business Administrator, or a completed degree in Business Administration/Controlling, or a comparable business administration qualification with knowledge in data analysis.

  • Experience in identifying potential and deriving recommendations for action
  • Experience in analyzing goal achievement and conducting target-actual comparisons
