Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated Telematics Infrastructure Specialist to drive the planning, implementation, and continuous development of critical TI projects within a successful statutory health insurance provider. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the administration of key TI applications, including the electronic patient file (ePA), electronic sick note (eAU), e-Prescription, and TI-Messenger systems. The specialist will be crucial in ensuring compliance with stringent data protection and information security standards (BSI, GDPR) while collaborating closely with IT partners and internal departments. The specialist is also responsible for system monitoring, reporting, and providing training to colleagues on TI topics. The ideal candidate possesses a background in healthcare or statutory health insurance and a strong interest in digital process optimization.
