Day-to-day tasks include analyzing key performance indicators and legal changes, deriving strategic recommendations, and developing internal guidelines. A critical component of the job involves supporting the digital transformation by implementing new software solutions, administering batch jobs, and maintaining process models in management tools. The successful candidate will need a background as a Social Insurance Specialist or a related degree, along with professional experience in the statutory health insurance sector. This position offers flexible working hours, the option for mobile work, and participation in strategic, cross-insurer working groups, making it a pivotal role in the BKK firmus's continuous growth.

Required Skills

Education
