Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the digital transformation journey of a successful German health insurance fund (BKK firmus). The specialist will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of new digital applications, from initial conception through to final rollout. Key daily tasks include developing solutions to digitize internal processes across various departments, collaborating closely with IT and external partners, and analyzing existing systems to identify opportunities for automation and optimization. The ideal candidate should have a degree or vocational training in Informatics or Digital Transformation and possess strong analytical skills, a desire for interdisciplinary collaboration, and a keen interest in new technologies like AI and RPA.
