Job Summary

This critical 2nd-Level Support role involves ensuring the continuous operation of innovative energy storage systems, actively contributing to the energy transition. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing complex technical disruptions, performing remote maintenance and diagnosis of battery systems using specialized software, and providing professional, solution-oriented support to installers, project developers, and end customers. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation, maintaining the knowledge base, and collaborating closely with Product Management to drive continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification or degree in Electrical or Energy Technology, possesses a basic understanding of power electronics (inverters, DC/DC converters), and demonstrates excellent problem-solving and communication skills in both German and English.
