Job Summary

This role is for a Project and Construction Manager specializing in Technical Building Services (TGA/MEP) within a well-established, family-owned general contractor in Germany. The core responsibilities involve supporting project and construction management by coordinating technical requirements across various trades, assisting with detailed cost calculations, and preparing or reviewing specifications for TGA. A critical component of the job is leading and accompanying subcontractor negotiations, ensuring compliance with technical and economic criteria. The manager will regularly inspect on-site work, guarantee adherence to quality standards, document defects, and oversee the technical construction execution through to final acceptance. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, such as a Master Craftsman certificate or certified HVAC technician qualification, coupled with fundamental knowledge of German construction regulations (VOB, DIN) and a keen sense of cost management. The position offers high autonomy and the chance to contribute to innovative construction processes.
