Job Summary

This role involves supporting construction and project management teams with technical requirements related to Technical Building Equipment (TBE/TGA) in the planning and execution of residential, care, and commercial properties. Key responsibilities include assisting with cost calculation, preparing service specifications, participating in subcontractor negotiations, and ensuring quality control of on-site performance through to final acceptance. The ideal candidate must have a completed apprenticeship in plumbing and heating installation or an equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of relevant technical regulations (DIN, DVGW, VDI), and a pronounced understanding of costs.
