Job Summary

This role involves supporting construction and project management in implementing technical requirements and coordinating interfaces between trades. The Project Manager will contribute to cost calculation, create and review service specifications for technical building equipment, and participate in subcontractor negotiations, considering both technical and economic criteria. Key responsibilities also include regular on-site quality control, documenting defects, and overseeing technical construction execution through to final acceptance, ensuring all technical requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a background in installation and heating trades or HVAC technology, possess strong knowledge of relevant regulations, and demonstrate excellent cost understanding, communication skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
