Job Summary

The Controller will be primarily responsible for the accurate, timely, and economic execution of all controlling duties within the organization. Key daily tasks include independently generating comprehensive analyses, evaluations, and profitability assessments, identifying areas for potential improvement, and deriving concrete recommendations for action. A major focus is the continuous development of key performance indicator (KPI) systems, reports, and dashboards, ensuring transparent data provision to the board and departments. Candidates should possess a strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and either a relevant degree in Business Administration/Controlling or specialized vocational training in social insurance with advanced qualifications. Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically SQL programming and PowerBI visualization, is mandatory for success in this influential position.
