Job Summary

The Controller will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and economic execution of all controlling tasks within a statutory health insurance fund. This role involves independently creating analyses, evaluations, and profitability assessments, while identifying potential improvements and anomalies to derive concrete recommendations for action. A key focus is the continuous development of key performance indicator systems, reports, and dashboards, ensuring transparent data provision for the board and departments. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of numbers, analytical thinking, and excellent proficiency in MS Office, SQL programming, and Power BI visualization. The position requires a relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration/Controlling or a comparable qualification with data analysis knowledge, or a specialized background in social insurance/health insurance administration. This role offers flexible working hours (35 hours/week, 4-day week option) and mobile working opportunities.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist with further training as a Health Insurance Specialist or Business Administrator, OR a completed degree in Business Administration/Controlling, OR a comparable business qualification with knowledge in data analysis.
