Job Summary

This role is for an experienced SQL Specialist to join BKK firmus, a leading German health insurance provider, in the Bremen region. The specialist will be vital in developing and refining complex SQL queries to support controlling and various business departments. Key responsibilities include analyzing extensive datasets, such as performance and insured data, to generate critical ad-hoc reports. Furthermore, the specialist will design persistent data models necessary for implementation and visualization within Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Collaboration with the internal IT department, external data centers, and subject matter experts is required to ensure the continuous maintenance and advancement of the Data Warehouse infrastructure. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT training, coupled with excellent expertise in SQL querying, Data Warehousing, Power BI, and MS Office applications. Experience within the statutory health insurance sector is highly beneficial. The position offers high flexibility, including flexible 35-hour work weeks and mobile working options.
