Job Summary
The City of Stuttgart is seeking a part-time (50%), permanent Budget and Controlling Clerk to join the Department for Social Affairs and Participation. In this crucial administrative role, you will be responsible for the legal assessment and settlement of travel expenses for all departmental units, adhering strictly to the State Travel Expenses Act (LRKG). Your day-to-day tasks will involve processing expense reports for official trips, including taxi vouchers, logbooks, and public transport tickets, as well as handling the settlements for supervisions and professional training. A key component of the job is processing these settlements using SAP modules, specifically KM-Personal and DirectINVOICEControlMonitor. The ideal candidate will have a background in public administration, knowledge of relevant travel expense laws, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP, demonstrating strong engagement, flexibility, and a service-oriented approach to teamwork.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an Administrative Specialist, Administrative Clerk, or qualification for the intermediate administrative service, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in legal assessment and settlement of official travel expenses
- Knowledge of the State Travel Expenses Act (LRKG) or the corresponding administrative regulations is advantageous
