Job Summary
This role seeks a scientifically expert Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Sánchez Lab at the European Institute for Molecular Imaging (EIMI) in Münster, focusing on the undervalued plexin receptor family. The successful candidate will leverage single-molecule localization methods and cell biology to decipher the stoichiometry and dynamics of plexin receptors in living cells, investigating their roles in neuronal development, cardiovascular systems, and cancer. Day-to-day tasks involve generating fusion constructs with fluorescent proteins, performing and analyzing live-cell imaging experiments, and collaborating on advanced microscopy and super-resolution techniques. Key qualifications include a recent PhD in life sciences, strong interest in microscopy, and expertise in cell and molecular biology.
