Job Summary
This position as an IT Support Service Desk Specialist places you as the critical first point of contact for business customers facing technical issues in Dortmund or Bochum. Day-to-day responsibilities involve independently managing and processing incoming technical inquiries and disturbance reports via telephone, providing professional 1st Level Support. You will also analyze the existing IT infrastructure to identify and help realize optimization potential, ensuring reliable IT services for clients. A key requirement is a completed IT qualification or a degree in (Business) Informatics, coupled with initial practical experience in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk environment. Essential technical expertise includes proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and core applications such as Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and O365.
