Job Summary

This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and career starters to join a respected IT system house in the Memmingen area. The IT Field Service Technician will be central to supporting the company's industrial clients, focusing on critical on-site services. Daily duties include participating in rollout and migration projects, providing 1st and 2nd level end-user support, and delivering IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. The role involves hands-on work with various hardware components, including servers, storage, PCs, notebooks, and peripherals, as well as setting up and configuring video conferencing systems. Key requirements include a relevant IT qualification or professional experience, excellent knowledge of hardware, current Microsoft operating systems, and standard Microsoft Office applications, along with a Class B driving license. This is a full-time, permanent contract opportunity, initially via temporary employment with an option for permanent takeover.
