Job Summary
This role as an IT Support Specialist in Wolfsburg serves as the primary contact point within the Helpdesk, focusing on delivering excellent support that goes beyond simply closing tickets. Day-to-day responsibilities include meticulous documentation using standard ticketing systems, installing and maintaining software and operating systems, and actively supporting Incident and Service Request Management. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and statutory regulations. Candidates should possess a completed technical education or equivalent qualifications, coupled with hands-on experience managing IT hardware such as PCs and printers, and strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
