Job Summary

This role involves taking a key position in advancing Data Governance and Data Management across the Schwarz Group's extensive digital infrastructure. The consultant will be responsible for the central business and IT solution used for inventory, classification, and transparency of data assets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and managing metadata maintenance within the data catalog, developing recommendations for standardizing and optimizing data landscape transparency through methodological and technological implementation of (Meta) Data Management, and advising departments on efficient data catalog usage. A core focus is on bridging the gap between Business and IT by managing requirements, including evaluation and specification, in collaboration with international expert teams. This position is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in data models, architectures, and database technologies who possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
