This role is based at one of Germany's largest Universities of Applied Sciences, focusing on the crucial area of digital assessment. The Specialist will primarily advise and support faculty members in designing and implementing digital exams using the Moodle platform. Key daily tasks include conducting one-on-one consultations and workshops, managing user support via a ticket system, and creating detailed documentation and configurations for the Safe Exam Browser. They will also collaborate with internal departments and external service providers and assist with the configuration and management of exams using the ExaHM automation framework. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Educational Science or Pedagogy, coupled with proven professional experience within the higher education sector. Candidates must possess excellent practical knowledge of digital testing with Moodle and specific experience configuring Safe Exam Browser. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity until the end of 2027, offering public sector compensation (TV-L E11), flexible working arrangements, and the chance to actively shape the future of digital learning and assessment.
