Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Trainer for a leading international technology group specializing in electrical drive technology, electronics, and control systems. The primary responsibilities include the independent conceptual development of training concepts, preparing, conducting, and following up on various technical training sessions both internally and internationally, and designing and executing qualification programs with participant certification. The successful candidate will also be responsible for researching and defining technical training content and creating comprehensive training materials. Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, ideally supplemented by further training as an Electrical Master Craftsman or Electrical Engineering Technician. Strong communication and moderation skills, high self-reliance, and fluency in English are essential for success in this international role, which requires occasional travel.
