This role involves working as a Technical Trainer within the Liebherr-Electronics and Drives GmbH, focusing on electrical drive technology, electronics, and control technology. The core responsibilities include the independent conceptual development of training concepts, preparation, delivery, and follow-up of various technical trainings both internally and internationally. You will also be responsible for designing and executing qualification programs, including participant certification, and creating comprehensive technical training materials based on thorough research. The ideal candidate will have a background as an electrician or mechatronics technician, ideally with further qualifications as an electrical master craftsman or technician, and possess excellent communication and moderation skills, coupled with a high degree of independence and flexibility.
