Job Summary

This role involves working closely with the BI Competence Center and various departments to develop and conceptualize high-quality dashboards and reports. The Controller will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing existing reporting systems, creating a comprehensive reporting portfolio, and significantly improving BI data quality and underlying business processes. A core component of the daily work includes performing ad-hoc analyses, visualizing complex data structures, and training key users on reporting tools. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Controlling, particularly within a manufacturing environment, coupled with high IT and numerical affinity, and proven experience utilizing tools like Microsoft Power BI.
