Job Summary

This role seeks an Infrastructure Planning Engineer to join one of Germany's largest planning offices, contributing to sustainable mobility and energy transition projects in Potsdam or Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing and collaborating on infrastructure projects, focusing on traffic and civil engineering, as well as energy systems (grid connection points), across service phases 1–6 of the HOAI. Key requirements include a completed degree in Infrastructure Planning, Civil, or Traffic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, CARD/1, iTWO, and MS Office, and an interest in BIM methodology. This position offers flexible working arrangements (part-time, mobile work up to 2 days/week) and the opportunity to work on challenging national and international construction projects within agile, interdisciplinary teams. Native-level German proficiency is mandatory for communication with project stakeholders.
