Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the security and modernization of the power grid, contributing directly to the acceleration of the energy transition. The Electrical Engineering Commissioning Engineer will work hands-on in substations and switching systems, bringing them up to the latest technological standards, including integrating cybersecurity measures. Day-to-day tasks involve commissioning distribution stations for e-mobility charging infrastructure, connecting them to the cloud via IoT, and creating visualization systems. The engineer will also be responsible for planning, parameterizing, testing, and commissioning protection, control, and regulation technology in industrial and power supply networks. Success requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education, strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, and the ability to work effectively with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
