Join Siemens Healthineers as a Field Service Technician specializing in Nuclear Medicine and Computed Tomography (CT) systems in the Southern Germany region, based in Freiburg. This vital role involves providing comprehensive technical support to university hospitals, general hospitals, and private practices, ensuring high system availability and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving functional faults, interpreting alarm messages, and implementing hardware and software corrections on complex medical imaging equipment. The ideal candidate has a background in Electrical Engineering or related fields, professional experience as a Service Technician, and familiarity with medical technology, although motivated newcomers are welcome and will receive necessary training. Success requires strong technical skills in electronics and networking, excellent communication in German, very good English skills for internal training, and a willingness to travel 100% within the region.
