Job Summary

This role is critical for identifying weaknesses in manufacturing processes and developing solutions to enhance quality standards. The Quality Manager will leverage analytical thinking and digital data analysis methods to implement measures ensuring predefined quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with process owners to address internal and external quality issues, serving as the main contact for quality topics across the assembly line and testing field, and analyzing both internal quality problems and external customer complaints. Key requirements include a university degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must be proficient in German and possess good English skills, and have experience with electrical functional testing and gas-insulated switchgear.
