Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Site Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of installation projects for low and medium voltage (LV/MV) energy supply and distribution systems within the Southwest/Central region. The successful candidate will manage the entire lifecycle of the project, from initial assembly and commissioning through to final customer handover. Daily tasks involve resource planning, scheduling, creating measurements, and providing technical guidance to fitters and trainees. A critical component of the role is ensuring workplace safety by conducting risk assessments and training, while also serving as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and the site team. Candidates must possess a technical background, multi-year experience in primary and secondary technology installation, and proven experience leading electrical construction projects. Strong communication skills, familiarity with DIN/IEC standards, and fluency in German are essential for success in this highly visible, customer-facing site management position.

Education

Completed technical vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Operational Technology or similar specialization

Experience

  • Multi-year, relevant experience in the installation of primary and secondary technology
  • Professional experience leading site projects in Medium and Low Voltage (MV/LV) electrical engineering, including auxiliary systems (e.g., transformers)
