Job Summary

This role is for an Infrastructure Technician to provide remote and on-site IT services for small and medium-sized businesses in Munich and Upper Bavaria. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and documenting customer IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and managing networks, routers, firewalls, and Office 365. Key responsibilities also include installing and commissioning IT systems, implementing customized IT solutions, and administering IT infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and Apple operating systems. The position requires strong technical skills in IT administration, network management, and experience with cloud solutions, backups, and security.
