Job Summary
This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions and customizations on the ServiceNow platform, focusing heavily on modules like Customer Service Management (CSM) and adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes based on ITIL. Day-to-day tasks include platform customization, developing scripts (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies), modeling workflows using Flow Designer, and leveraging Java expertise to implement high-performance, standalone infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related IT field, coupled with professional experience in ServiceNow development and specific certifications (ITSM/CSM). You will actively participate in an agile environment (SCRUM/Kanban), collaborate closely with business departments to translate requirements into user stories, and ensure code quality through testing and documentation. Strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this proactive, team-oriented role.
