Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing complex IT and software projects focused on digitalization, business applications, and/or cloud technologies. The IT Project Manager will take full responsibility for the project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements analysis through implementation, quality assurance, and successful Go-Live. Key responsibilities include close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to develop customized IT solutions, analyzing existing processes to derive optimization and automation measures, and ensuring seamless integration of new software into current IT systems. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, practical experience in IT project steering, and proficiency in various project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Prince2. Strong communication, moderation skills, and fluency in both German and English are essential for successfully engaging teams and stakeholders.
