Job Summary

This role involves working as an experienced Security Engineer focused on infrastructure security within a global digital engineering consultancy, supporting a major client in Nuremberg. Key responsibilities include implementing and operating the Palo Alto Prisma Cloud CNAPP solution, automating related processes, and developing self-services. The engineer will conduct various security analyses, including threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments of third-party components, documenting findings, and planning remediation measures. Furthermore, the role requires selecting and commissioning new security tools based on strategic goals and technological trends, and continuously monitoring compliance with IT security requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience, expertise in IT security, and strong knowledge of multi-cloud/hybrid environments, Cloud Security, Threat Detection, and Incident Response, coupled with excellent German language skills.
