Job Summary

This role involves supporting IT projects and providing on-site support across the Düsseldorf/Cologne region. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for executing IT rollouts, performing IMAC services (Installation, Moves, Adds, Changes) for various hardware including clients, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. Key daily activities include installing, configuring, and replacing IT equipment, setting up and testing network connections (IP addresses), and handling incident resolution, including error analysis and troubleshooting. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office, along with experience in user support and hardware rollouts. Basic knowledge of networking, MDM environments, and strong German language skills are essential for success in this dynamic, project-based role.
