Job Summary

This role is ideal for a motivated IT professional eager to support critical IT projects, focusing primarily on field service operations within the Düsseldorf/Cologne region. The technician will be responsible for executing IT rollouts, performing IMAC services (Installation, Moves, Adds, Changes) for various hardware including clients, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. Key daily tasks involve installing, configuring, and replacing IT equipment, managing network connections (IP addressing), and handling incident resolution through thorough error analysis and troubleshooting. Success in this position requires excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office, along with basic understanding of networking and MDM environments. The position offers an opportunity to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of documentation and asset management within ticketing systems, making it a crucial technical support role in a dynamic project environment.
